Leemic’s comprehensive service contract guarantees piece of mind throughout the duration of your lease contract with us. All consumables are fully covered by our support contract ensuring you never run out of toner mid way through an important print run. We remotely monitor all of our machines in the field and dispatch a new toner cartridge (for next day delivery) when the current toner has around 20% ink remaining.
We also cover any emergency break down call outs or service calls as well. If your machine incurs an issue, simply phone or log a request via our online form and one of our fully accredited engineers will visit you on site to resolve the issue.
A service contract is a way of limiting any potential downtime and optimizes efficiency within your organization. With a service contract, Leemic can take full responsibility for your equipment throughout the duration of the contract, giving you time to focus on what you do best.
A print audit is method Leemic use to evaluate which is the preferred solution for your organisation. Our in house expert assess you average print volumes, your current consumable consumption, your current device versus your current print expenditure. After these equations have been conducted we can establish which device and software solution would work best in your business.
Where applicable it is possible to conduct a more in-depth print audit. This is usually reserved for larger organisations or schools that have complex needs. When conducting an extended Print Audit, our team works with you to understand your needs from an integrated office solution. This could be selecting a device that works hard to support environmental objectives, limits waste or helps reduce overall outsourced expenditure. Alternatively it could be a Document management solution that can automate certain manual tasks in order for your organisation to be more efficient.
Whatever your requirement, Leemic will be able to recommend an effective solution to assist you in your aims.
Of course it is possible to explore the market place and understand the devices that you are most interested in but Leemic offer a no obligation, free print audit as standard.
Our service contract runs as long as you’re the lease of your device. Generally speaking our clients take out a lease contract for their devices for 3 or 5 years. Your service contract would be covered for this duration
If you have reached the end of your lease term and you have not yet renewed your contract or upgraded your device you will still be covered by our comprehensive lease agreement so long as you continue to pay your monthly or quarterly cost per copy invoice.
We calculate what you are due to pay by collecting your meter reading on a monthly or quarterly basis. With all of our new devices we do this automatically with the use of a remote monitoring software. The meter reading gives us an accurate figure of how many prints you have generated times by the cost per copy figure that was agreed at the commencement of the project.
In order to dispose of your empty toner cartridge safely, Leemic can provide you with an empty toner collection box which can be placed near your machine saving you space in your waste collection and recycling. Our toner recycling scheme reuses 100% of all empty toners either by recycling them or by stripping them back to raw materials. We guarantee that no toners end up in landfill sites.

If you are an active Leemic customer and your printer incurs an issue at some point, either by displaying an error code or the device physically stops working please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. If the issues cannot be resolved over the phone, Leemic will log the call and dispatch a member of our highly trained service team to attend your site to resolve the issue. We have an average turn around time of 8 business hours.

There are various remote monitoring software products available in order to keep a track of your machine. Remote monitoring software can help make your organisation more efficient and keeps downtime to a minimum. On a basic level, Leemic are able to auto generate the meter readings of the device and monitor usage and toner levels.
The software is also able to detect the overall help of the device and send and alert if there is a service related issue to Leemic. This can be beneficial as it can help resolve issues before they have had chance to become a problem.
Remote monitoring software can also help provide clear cost analysis and can even help to attribute spend to individuals or departments.
There are various ways you are able to reduce your print expenditure. There are various restrictions that you can implement in order to limit what is being printed. We often get asked what CMYK stands for with regards to our colour toners. If you have a colour device your machine requires 4x different ink cartridges and they are Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. Cyan is blue in tone and Magenta is a vivid Pink. From just these four colours our cutting edge device can produce like for like colour prints to the highest quality.
