Replacing Your Toner
As part of our all-inclusive service and support contracts, all call outs and consumables are fully include throughout the duration of your agreement. If you are an active Leemic customer and you need to arrange for more toner for your photocopier or printer please complete the form below or call 0845 658 0537 to place an order over the phone.
How to Order Replacement Toner
Ordering a replacement toner through Leemic is simple. All you will need the serial number of your machine, (which can be found on the front of the device on a Leemic sticker) your company name, phone number and full name as a reference. Then simply select what you would like to order and click submit.
Please note that we only permit customers to hold two of the same colour toner on site (one in the machine and one in reserve) this is to limit waste and ensure your toner is fresh and not passed its best. Our advice is to order a replacement toner when you have just replaced your toner in the machine with the reserve cartridge. This way you will prevent and limit any potential downtime.
It may be worthwhile checking to see if you have any reserve toners on site before placing the order as we may be in touch to find out a little bit more if a similar order has been placed recently.
All of our toners are delivered next working day by courier at no additional cost to you. Please note that our cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm, any order placed after 2pm will be treated as the orders for the following day.
