Logging a Service Call

While we continue to provide a full range of services for our clients, we are taking steps to ensure the safety of both our customers and our staff.  

Consequently, our field-based engineering team are following appropriate safety procedures, potentially resulting in a slightly altered service capability for some of our customers.

Service Calls

If you are an active Leemic customer and you have an all-inclusive service and support contract as part of your agreement  please complete the form to log a service or maintenance call. Our in house team of fully trained engineers are on call to ensure any downtime is minimised and we have you back up and running again as swiftly as possible.

How to Log a Service Call

If you are experiencing issues with your photocopier or printer, logging a service call is simple.  Please complete the short form and remember to include the Machine Serial number which can be found on a Leemic sticker on the front of your device. Please include a full description of the problems you are currently facing and confirm whether your device is or isn’t printing. Our in house service desk maybe able to assist and resolve certain issues over the phone so please provide the correct telephone number and contact name when completing the form. *We aim to reach most service calls within 24 hours however we this may be subject to delay at particularly busy times.
