Our priority at McDowell &co ltd T/A Leemic is the health and safety of our staff and customers and with the growing concerns around Coronavirus (Covid-19), we wanted to reassure you that we have strong contingency plans in place to support our customers should the spread of the virus escalate.
Across our business footprint, we have gone over and above the government guide lines to protect our staff and as you would expect, we have full remote working capabilities in place with over 25% of our staff working from home at any one time which can be scaled upwards as required with staff having full access to all our systems to be able to continue to provide full support to our customers.

Customer site Visits
It is always our aim to provide the highest level of service at all times and especially during this period of uncertainty. If a site visit is required for sales or engineering, our staff will be taking extra precautions when visiting customer premises to prevent the risk of spreading the virus.
Should you require a site visit from one of our teams, please support us by letting us know if you are aware of any infection in your area where in some cases it may be necessary for us to make non-standard arrangements, such as out-of-hours visits for premises in high risk or infected areas.
